When my dear friends in Squak Mountain texted me with photos of their *surprise!* leak in the master bathroom, complete with massive fans and unsmiley face emojis, of course my brain started spinning ideas of how to not only fix the problem, but FIX the larger problem--which was a dated and unpretty bathroom.
Taking a cue from the main level decoration that happened years before, and getting a list of what was not working for them, we came up with a plan to update, upgrade and beautify the space.
We all think the results speak for themselves, and yes lots of long soaks and happy hot showers are happening now! Adding long-term value and now-term happiness makes my heart sing.
